For over 50 years, the Walrus Pump brand has embodied our core corporate values. As the organization has grown and demand for water quality has risen, we have continuously refined and enhanced our brand. In 2012, the Walrus Pump brand underwent a major revamp, paving the way for our 55th anniversary in 2022 and the launch of the Huanqiu Plant in Lujhu, Kaohsiung. We are now advancing brand optimization to further strengthen our market presence. With clear brand positioning, we are deepening our commitment to customer service, refining the core technologies behind our products, and focusing on R&D to meet diverse market needs. By exploring new applications for water pumps, we aim to deliver products and services with greater value for customers. These efforts have resulted in a remarkable achievement: for three consecutive years, our residential application sector in Taiwan has maintained a customer satisfaction score of over 92 out of 100. In June this year, we introduced a digital questionnaire to collect feedback from every customer, achieving an average maintenance satisfaction score of 99.2 points.

Walrus Pump - Live Channel
Since 2020, we have operated a YouTube live channel to share explanations and videos that deepen understanding of the applications and advantages of various Walrus Pump products across all levels. These videos have garnered tens of thousands of views from audiences worldwide. In 2023, we collaborated with an industrial pump expert YouTuber to produce the video This Ain't Just Any Water Pumping Motor, featuring a CNCspecific industrial pump. The aim was to raise public awareness and understanding of pump technology. -

Walrus Pump 3D Online Exhibition Hall
Launched in 2021, the 3D Online Exhibition Hall allows us to deliver product demonstrations and promotional content without geographical or time constraints. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the platform consistently drew hundreds of visitors weekly. The cumulative number of visitors in 2024 reached 2,774. -

LINE@ Interactive Customer Service
Since 2022, we have used the user-friendly LINE@ interface as an advanced customer service platform to enhance our brand image and increase service visibility. This single point of contact improves responsiveness by enabling quick and direct communication with our customer service team. As of 2024, our LINE friends totaled 1,746.
