Walrus Pump, rooted in Taiwan, maintains a global perspective. By leveraging company resources for international marketing initiatives, we drive sales across various countries and actively expand our channels globally. The Company has reorganized the production base of Suzhou Walrus Pump Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Suzhou Walrus Pump) and is investing in strengthening client relations and brand management in a persistent attempt to imbue the brand spirit across the globe and touch the hearts of everyone.

For over 50 years, the Walrus Pump brand has embodied our core corporate values. As our organization expanded and the demand for water quality increased, we have continuously enhanced the essence of our brand. In 2012, the Walrus brand underwent a revamp, paving the way for our 55th anniversary in 2022 and the launch of our global facility in Lujhu, Kaohsiung. We are now embarking on brand optimization to further elevate our brand presence. With a clear brand positioning, we are strengthening the commitment to client service, refining the core technology behind our products, and focusing on R&D to fulfill diverse market needs. By exploring new applications for water pumps, we strive to deliver products and services with enhanced added value to clients. Thanks to these efforts, we have achieved a remarkable client satisfaction rate of over 92 out of 100 in the residential application sector in Taiwan for three consecutive years.

In recent years, driven by growing demand for digital transformation, we have also diversified our communications channels to foster a stronger connection with clients, enhance our brand value, and engage with them more closely. Through these efforts, we aim to expand the reach of Walrus Pump’s products and services to both existing and prospective clients.

  • Walrus Pump - Live Channel

    Since 2020, via our Innovative Industry YouTube Live Channel, we have effectively showcased the unique strengths and advantages of Walrus Pump’s diverse range of products to industry professionals and consumers through informative commentary and compelling visuals. Our videos have garnered over ten thousand views from around the world. In 2023, we engaged an industrial expert Youtuber to produce a video titled This Ain’t Just Any Water Pumping Motor. It’s a CNC-specific Industrial Pump. Industrial Pump & BUMP, hoping to increase public’s understanding of pumps.
  • Walrus Pump 3D Online Exhibition Hall

    In 2021, we launched the 3D online exhibition hall, enabling us to deliver product demonstrations and promotional content without being bound by geographical or time limitations. Even during the COVID pandemic, the online exhibition hall consistently attracted hundreds of visitors every week. By 2023, the cumulative number of visitors reached 3,194.
  • LINE@ Interactive Client Service

    Since 2022, we have leveraged the user-friendly LINE@ interface as an advanced client service platform to enhance our brand image and service awareness. By providing a single window of service access, we anticipate improving the responsiveness of our client service personnel. Our LINE friends have grown to a cumulative total of 1,458.
