Walrus Pump has not yet established a collective agreement but holds labor–management meetings as a regular communication channel for all employees. Given the operational differences between the Headquarters and the Kaohsiung office—and because both locations meet the required head count for such meetings—the two sites have each held independent quarterly meetings since 2020. This arrangement enables more tailored discussions and responses to their respective work content and rules.
