Walrus Pump has not yet established a collective agreement but conducts labor-management meetings as a regular communication channel. These meetings include all Walrus Pump employees. Due to operational differences between the Headquarters and the Kaohsiung office, and because both locations meet the head count requirements for holding meetings, the two sites have been conducting independent labor-management meetings quarterly since 2020. This approach allows for more tailored responses to their specific work content and rules.
