Walrus Pump is committed to ethical business practices and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. This commitment forms the foundation of our corporate operations. We have established a comprehensive framework to ensure compliance, including Procedures for Handling Important Information and Preventing Insider Trading, Code of Ethics, and Work Rules. These policies apply to all employees and are regularly reviewed and updated by the Auditing Office and HR Division. They serve as the essential standards for our internal operations. We actively promote integrity and legal compliance awareness among our employees and supplier partners through two key approaches: Internal Policy and External Communication. In 2023, we are pleased to report no major incidents or penalties related to corruption, environmental issues, or social responsibility.
However, we recognize the importance of being prepared for potential incidents. To effectively respond to such situations, we have established a comprehensive incident response process. In the event of a major incident, an internal task force is assembled, comprised of heads from relevant departments. This team works collaboratively to develop a solution. A designated individual or unit serves as the single point to manage external communication and minimize reputational risks. Furthermore, we believe in maintaining open communication channels with all stakeholders. We have established multiple channels for employees and other parties to provide feedback or raise concerns. These channels guarantee anonymity to whistleblowers, fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
