Walrus Pump engages stakeholders through a process aligned with the GRI Standards and the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES), following the principles of dependency, responsibility, tension, influence, and diversity of perspectives. We proactively assess the impact of our business activities on external economic, environmental, and social factors. This assessment incorporates global sustainability trends and aligns with our corporate development objectives. By actively seeking stakeholder feedback through various channels and regularly evaluating our performance against their expectations, we ensure their needs are addressed. To ensure material topics are managed over a time horizon that is both appropriate and sufficient, Walrus Pump continues to implement the 2-3 year projects identified and planned in 2022. Building on this foundation, we are conducting a quantitative internal financial impact analysis in 2025 to reassess the prioritization and urgency of material sustainability issues—laying the groundwork for future disclosures in line with IFRS S1 and S2.
